Offices, commercial and retail fit-outs
New services cut through existing fire-rated construction on almost every office and retail fit-out. Fire Frog seals the new penetrations to a tested system and brings existing ones up to compliance, so the tenancy can be certified at handover.
Apartments and mid-rise residential
Every service that passes through a fire-rated slab or wall has to be sealed to a tested system and certified before handover. On a multi-storey residential job that is hundreds of penetrations across every level.
Townhouses and attached dwellings
The party wall between attached dwellings is rated for the full height of the building. Penetrations and control joints in it are sealed to the manufacturer's tested detail, which is what makes them certifiable.

About us
Passive fire installation and certification, from one contractor
Fire Frog is owned and run by Andy Leaf-Milham, a QBCC-licensed passive fire contractor working on commercial projects across Brisbane and South East Queensland. Penetration sealing, fire collars, joint sealing and bulkheads, plus the inspection and certification that goes with them.
Before Fire Frog, Andy worked on the XXXX Brewery at Milton, Meriton's Southport tower and Chevron One.
We specialise in commercial work: buildings, unit and townhouse developments, shopping centres, fit-outs, across new builds and rectification.
